Glucose is the most important and widespread sugar in nature. It is the primary source for energy production in the form of ATP, obtained through aerobic (oxygen) and anaerobic (oxygen-free) glycolysis processes. Post-workout glucose intake activates an insulin reaction that modifies cell membrane permeability processes and promotes absorption in the muscle cells of glucose itself and other nutrients including amino acids, thus enhancing protein synthesis.

Directions for use: a serving of 60 g dissolved in 500 ml of water is recommended after power exercises.
