Maltodextrins are a mixture of complex carbohydrates. Pure maltodextrin D.E. 19 ensures a slow and steady release of energy over time. After exercise, Pure maltodextrin D.E. 19 facilitates a faster restoration of muscle glycogen stores, hence shortening recovery time.
Direction for use: shake 3 scoops (corresponding to 36 g) with 200 ml of water. The solution has a moderately sweetish taste, add sweeteners and/or flavourings to your taste.
