Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body. It is a semi-essential amino acid: under normal circumstances the body can produce a sufficient amount but, in case of increased need, it cannot satisfy demand. L-glutamine plays a key role in supporting the immune system: it safeguards the function of the gastrointestinal system, and acts as a substrate for the production of energy in enterocytes and lymphocytes, and because of this it can be considered a key nutrient in supporting the immune system. At the muscle level, glutamine is among the most abundant amino acids, with physical activity increasing the body’s requirement. It also covers an important role as a source of nitrogen and carbon, necessary for protein making and therefore muscle maintenance.

Daily serving and directions for use: dissolve 2 scoops of product (3 g) in a glass of water and consume immediately. Contains a 1,5 g scoop.
