Lactoferrin and Zinc based Dietary Supplement.
Lattofer + contains Proferrin®, a pure form of lactoferrin, together with zinc. Lactoferrin is a glycoprotein naturally occurring in milk. It is involved in iron transport and many studies show immunomodulatory properties. In addition, it inhibits the growth of some pathogenic microorganisms, while some studies suggest a role in promoting the growth of beneficial intestinal bacteria. (Vega-Bautista et al., Int J Mol Sci, 2019).
Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
