Description
LIQUID ELECTROLYTE+ is a dietary supplement of mineral salts with glycerol. GLUTEN FREE.
A liquid concentrate to be diluted with water in a bottle during physical activity or in relation to actual body fluid loss for rapid hydro/salt recovery.
It contains mineral salts, particularly potassium, magnesium, and sodium, which are needed to restore essential electrolytes lost through sweating during physical exertion.
Glycerol, a molecule that binds to water, supports these minerals by helping to keep the muscle hydrated. Hydration is very important and can greatly affect performance during training or competitions. In addition, dehydration at the muscular level can contribute to the onset of cramps.
LIQUID ELECTROLYTE+ does not contain sugars, making it useful in diets with reduced sugar intake and/or aimed at weight loss.
Directions for use: dilute the product in 500 ml of water.
Dosage: 1 measuring spoon (20 ml).
Warnings: dietary supplements should not be considered as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
