Nutritional supplement containing iron micro capsules, vitamin C, folic acid and vitamin B12. GLUTEN FREE
Iron plays a number of basic functions in the human body. It contributes to the normal functioning of red blood cells and haemoglobin thus supporting the transport of oxygen in the body. This function makes iron essential during the breathing process. An adequate supply therefore safeguards cognitive functions, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and, finally, supports the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin C promotes iron absorption in the gastrointestinal tract while vitamin B12 contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells. Daily dose: 1 tablet
