The PRO+ SNACK protein bar is an excellent choice for those seeking a high energy intake and a high protein content for muscle maintenance and development. Containing 10g of high biological value milk proteins, it is ideal for athletes and active individuals. The formula is also enriched with phosphorus and magnesium.
These minerals support energy metabolism: phosphorus is essential for the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate, which is the energy currency of our cells) and magnesium supports muscle function and reduces the sensation of fatigue. Together, these two minerals aid in muscle synthesis, growth, and repair. They are therefore ideal elements to associate with a protein snack, as they optimize the use of the proteins provided by the bar for muscle growth and repair.
The bar, besides being very tasty, is available in two delicious flavors: strawberry cheesecake and cookies & cream. It has good digestibility, making it particularly useful before (one hour) and immediately after intense physical exertion. The proteins help to restore the muscle’s plastic reserves after intense and prolonged effort.
Directions for Use
SPORT: To be consumed before or after prolonged efforts. Take one bar at least 90 minutes before or one bar after physical activity. Do not consume during physical exertion. DAILY LIFE: One bar as a snack, away from meals.
