Choco Egg 28% is a bar containing egg proteins of high biological value (28% proteins) and carbohydrates. Containing no milk or its derivatives, it is lactose-free. This important feature makes the bar particularly suitable for those with allergies or intolerances to lactose or other milk derivatives. Due to their high protein content, 28% Choco Egg bars are useful for achieving the daily protein requirement. For athletes, it is advisable to take them before (at least one hour) and / or immediately after intense physical exertion, but not during.
