Watt Fiber is a glucomannan supplement, a soluble fiber that is extracted from the tuber of Amorphophallus konjac, a plant used in Japanese and Chinese cooking as a thickener and for therapeutic purposes. Glucomannan has the ability to absorb water, increasing its volume and turning into a gel. For this reason it can affect the feeling of satiety if taken before meals.
Daily use: the recommended dose is 2 capsules before main meals, washed down by a glass of water
Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. It should be used as part of a low calorie diet and a healthy lifestyle with a good level of exercise. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods of more than three weeks, please seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity or allergic reactions to one or more of its ingredients.
