R.M. PUMP RECOVERY MIX is a blend of nutrients for recovery after high-intensity physical exercise. The product base is made up of complex carbohydrates and, unlike RM1, whey protein. Carbohydrates come from Vitargo®, a high molecular-weight starch that more than any other of the tested carbohydrates, accelerates recovery time. Proteins are involved in supporting muscle mass and rebuilding its structural part. L-glutamine and L-leucine are abundant in the muscle tissue and contribute to its maintenance. R.M. PUMP Recovery Mix plays an antioxidant action thanks to the presence of vitamin C and vitamin E, preventing the damage to muscle membranes attributable to free radicals.
Daily serving and directions for use: 50 g (5 scoops). Shake 50 g of product in 250 ml of water.
Warnings: do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep the product out of the reach of young children. For the use of the product it is advisable to hear the opinion of the doctor. In rare cases, lipoic acid can give hypoglycemia. Because of the presence of creatine the product is for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy. Do not use over a long period of time (more than one month) without medical advice.
