Through the supply of melatonin<\/strong>, the hormone that regulates the sleep \/ wake cycle in our body, Physio R.E.M<\/strong>. contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep (effect obtained with 1 mg of melatonin, contained in 2 tablets of Physio R.E.M.) and to alleviate the effects of jet lag (effect obtained with 0.5 mg of melatonin, contained in 1 tablet of Physio R.E.M.). <\/span><\/p>\n

Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA)<\/strong>, on the other hand, is the neurotransmitter used by particular cells in the brain, called GABAergic neurons, whose activity facilitates sleep induction. <\/span><\/p>\n
